How it works
Select Your Local: You will have selected one of our venues during the welcome journey. To change venues simply click on the current location at the top of the app homepage and you will be taken to a list of our venues across the UK. Select the relevant one. Done.
Pay at Bar: At the bottom of the homepage click on ‘How are you paying today?’ and select ‘Pay Bill’.Once set up simply order at the bar, scan the QR code when instructed or enter the tab number (given by staff member). The bill will appear for you to hit pay. If you have credit loaded the transaction will take payment from this credit before charging your credit card. Remember to load your credits if you want to use them to pay the whole bill, or part of it. If you’re stuck, our team member can help you.
At the Table: Ask our team member to set up a bill with your table number. Next, at the bottom of the homepage clink on ‘How are you paying today?’ and select ‘Pay Bill’. Input your table or till number to check your order and settle up. When you are ready to pay click on the ‘pay outstanding’ icon at the bottom of the page and follow the instructions. Remember to load your credits if you want to use them to pay the whole bill, or part of it. If you’re stuck, our team member can help you.
Split Bill: To make splitting the bill easier, we’ve added a ‘split the bill’ feature. To use this the people you are splitting the bill with will need to be backstage members too. Simply get them to download the app to become a member. When it comes to splitting the bill make sure you all have the same table number, click on the ‘Split Bill’ icon at the bottom of the bill page and follow the instructions. Easy.
Location: We use your location to make sure we are connecting you to the nearest venue. We can also alert you when you are nearby one of our venues. Your location will always be secure. The best way to manage your location is via the app settings in your phone.
Marketing Consents: We would like to be able to contact you to let you know what is going on at our venues. We will contact you via email and using push notifications to your phone. We will not bombard you and keep it relevant. We will only contact you with your consent. If you want to cancel or activate our ability to contact you please go to the ‘support’ tab on the profile page on our app to contact us.
