Alcohol is only available to over 18's. In the situation where an underage customer knowingly purchases an alcoholic beverage, service will be refused and a refund will not be provided.

If requiring a refund please contact support through your home pane. The staff are unable to process refunds on site. Once processed refunds take 5-7 days to appear.
Under the current Government guidelines orders must be placed before 9.30pm and all customers must have exited the building by 10pm.
We do not tolerate aggressive behaviour and your order may be rejected or not refunded if staff deem there is unacceptable behaviour.
